With an array of restaurants pubs shops and galleries there s something for everyone. The coastline with its 2 miles of golden sand is perfect for surfers and sunbathers alike. A wide choice of attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly RHS Rosemoor Gardens and day trips to Lundy Island are all within easy reach and after a busy day exploring you can relax on the beautiful patio and watch the boats sail by. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the second floor offering incredible sea views 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom situated on the first floor. Bathroom: situated on the third floor with shower over bath and WC. A further shower room with WC and underfloor heating is situated on the ground floor. Lounge: downstairs with flatscreen TV Blu-ray and Freeview HD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer microwave wall mounted flatscreen TV further seating and bi-folding doors leading to the patio. Outside: enclosed patio area with table seating and sea views. Amenities: parking available in the public car park or roadside parking a 2 minute walk. Bed linen towels wi-fi electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 1 mile pubs and shops walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

Northam is a small village in north Devon, England, not far from Westward Ho!, Bideford, Appledore, Instow, and Abbotsham. The nearest designated cities are Plymouth and Exeter.
Whilst perhaps not as well known as some other towns in the area Northam is in fact an excellent location for a holiday in north Devon, boasting a wide range of holiday lets and accommodation. It is known for the Northam Burrows which lies beside the Taw Torridge Estuary. These marshes and sand dunes are part of the North Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provide for a beautiful location to both explore and also to view a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat.
